Duties/Responsibilities The Members at Large shall become familiar with Council programs, serve as a represetntative of the council to community groups and organizations and regularly visit programs and activites. One Member at Large shall serve as chairperson of the Membership Committee and one shall serve as a member of the Publicity Committee.
